How to learn more Russian

▪ I want to immediately tell you that this is not a reference to learning Russian as such, but to the language of My favorite coach, Stanislav Makarov. This is the first language I don't understand, and I want to immediately tell you that this is not a reference to any language, but to the program "personal communication". I gave up, I was tired of waiting, so I ate everything. I swear to you, if you are going to make a decision, first consult your doctor. ▪️Now I know why I eat everything. It's gross. ▪️I eat everything. Not good. These are the types of foods that nature has ordained for us. We just have to live with it. ▪️I tried my best to eat right. I really-really wanted to. These are the types of foods that we, as humans, have created for ourselves. No other. So, why do we eat what we eat, instead of what we need? It's not
